Before the test, make your photo request effective. To do this, open your order on Fotop and fill in the necessary information - such as the race bike number. If it's double, enter your bike number without the hyphen (Ex: 232-1 put 2321

You will be able to download your photos directly through the Fotop app. In addition, we will send a notification to your registered email as soon as your images are available for download

The photos will be delivered within 3 days after the publication of the event, in high resolution digital format (starting at 2,400 pixels on the largest side).

The minimum quantity guaranteed in the package is 10 photos per athlete.

After entering the bike number, the package becomes personal and non-transferable and can only be changed before the race.

If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files, please contact sac@fotop.com.br, stating the code of the photo (s) (located below the image). The order may be reprocessed up to 7 days after the event

If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days before the event by emailing sac@fotop.com.br. After this deadline, it will not be possible to cancel.

If the package does not reach the minimum quantity of 10 photos, you can request a refund within 30 days after the event, also by emailing sac@fotop.com.br. Orders submitted after this period will not be accepted

Cancellation and refund will be processed within 30 days after the request, using the same payment method as the order.
